Join the Journey and Support

Over the years of discernment and preparation, I have learned that followers of Christ are all called to join in on God’s global mission to share the good news of the Gospel wherever we are, and there are many ways to do so! One can pray, give financially, provide emotional and relational care, serve locally, mobilize those who are interested in joining this work, and go to another location to live. My own personal journey to Japan has allowed me to experience all of these roles, and now it is time for me to “become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some…and share in its blessings” so that I can live out the Great Commission to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey His commands” (1 Corinthians 9:12-23 and Matthew 28:19-20). Even if you are not a follower of Christ, humanity has a collective responsibility and call to care for the communities and cultures around us.
